Highly communicative, proactive problem solver
The owner provides excellent communication, detailed walk-throughs, and is highly responsive. They proactively resolved a propane leak, offered a rental car after a breakdown, and accommodated an early return.
Drives well, performs in winter
The clean, well-stocked 4x4 van drives well and handles backroads and snow with ease, providing effective heating. However, one trip experienced a breakdown and non-functional hot water.

3.0The van was fine and I mostly enjoyed my experience with it. I was surprised when I arrived and was told there was a leak in the propane line, which would make the heat and hot water not available. The owner had an idea to fix it. He ran to the store for parts while I moved my stuff into the van. The heater worked great for my trip. Sadly, I could not get the hot water to work.

5.0Van is exactly as advertised! Clean, drives well, well stocked. Bed is comfortable. Owners are easy to work with and very responsive. Renting this van made for a fun weekend adventure for two.
