Munson will maximize your fun! She may look like a Cargo trailer from the outside but that is by design. We built this trailer to travel the United States over the summer of 2021. Our primary design criteria was sleeping a family five while also carrying five bikes on the inside. We use a VelociRAX 6 bike rack that fits inside the trailer. Once you get to camp you can take out the rack, put it in the hitch of your tow vehicle, and go ride! Since Munson stays at camp while you ride you don't have to worry about trailhead parking and your camp is ready when you get done.We built the trailer ourselves and she is beautiful inside. Wood paneling, wood cabinets, full size mattress, table seating for 6, or take everything outside and enjoy nature. High end components throughout. Tow weight all kitted out with full water tanks, gear, and bikes is under 5,000#s.We enjoy the mountains and deserts from the Cascades to the Rockies. Our primary intent was to have a low key trailer that can carry tons of bikes and gear inside. We didn't want a large trailer we wanted a flexible trailer that was easy to tow. We also don't use campgrounds with hookups much. While Munson is shore power capable she is run primarily on solar. After spending eight weeks in Munson in 2021, I can tell you that solar is it! Our favorite camping spots are tucked away Forest Service campgrounds. Often times too small to even have a host. Clean outhouses, potable water, and scenic settings. No shore power within ten miles. When we travel our bikes are stored inside- away from prying eyes, securely locked, and not getting dirty being dragged behind your vehicle. When you get to camp move the bikes to your vehicle's tow hitch or put the VelociRAX into camp mode. Either way allows for secure storage while in camp.Munson was built for the mountains of Idaho and deserts of Eastern Oregon. She is not an off-road trailer but can handle most forest service roads. Want to cover some country? At 7' wide and 17' long (hitch to back doors) she tows easy, fits in most camp spots, and is not too big to be a pain on the road.If it were my trip I would make sure we had our bikes, mountain clothes, cocktail makings (kid & adult), and a map. We would leave Boise and head Ketchum way for some natural flow. First stop would be Soldier Mountain where the laid back vibe allows us to camp in the parking lot or at the adjacent FS campground. Then we would ride the local trails in Sun Valley before heading up to Stanley. On the way back to Boise you could hit Tamarack or other awesome McCall area rides. At Adventure Dad Designs we make a range of products to help you build your dream RV. We wanted a mobile base camp for our outdoor activities. So we built it. Now we have a camper that can sleep five, carry our bikes inside and still haul lumber for projects on the weekends, or help our neighbor move. You get it, a trailer that works for you.

You are renting this trailer to have fun. We want you to have fun. Therefore we only have a few rules.
#1 No Smoking in the trailer. $300 fine if it smells like a 1970's bar when you get back.
#2 Approved pets only. Seriously, just tell us. Otherwise- $300 fine
#3 No walking on the roof. There is nothing interesting up there. You get it, $300 fine.
#4 If you use the toilet (cassette style), you clean it. If we get back a dirty toilet- you know the fee. Actually, this one is just $100. Please clean the toilet.

We can deliver the trailer to you. Please see limitations in the listing. In general you can pick up your RV anytime between 7am and 5pm.
