We have a supplemental rental agreement found in the policies section. Here are a few of the rules. Please review the SRA for full details.
1. No smoking, drugs, etc.
2. No climbing on the roof unless cleared with owners due to debris or other significant issue. Contact the owner first before proceeding.
3. While it is designed to boondock, it's not designed for off roading over large rocks (in road or river banks).
4. Unit must be cleaned before drop off or $125 additional cleaning fee. We like to turn around the unit fast for the next guest so they have a great vacation like you get to do.
5. Return time is rigid. $50 PER hour if it is late. Again, we want the rental to be ready for the next customer just like you would want it ready for you. Some of our rentals go out that same day, so be kind!
6. Biggest rule is to have fun and enjoy it. The rules above are for the safety of you and the camper. It also ensures that others who have worked hard to have their vacation have a camper that is ready for them!
