2Our trip was ok but we were very disappointed in the RV. We rented the same RV one year ago and it was ok, it had some wear and tear but this time it was very bad. The interior has extremely bad wear and tear, particularly on the dinette seats and the couch. The host told us it was caused by a dog with the previous guests but the wear/damage looks like it has been like it for a while and the host has made attempts at patching it up. The RV had not been cleaned inside or outside when we collected it and the host was not available to do a walk round with us. The host had called us to let us know the RV was ready for collection and had mentioned something about putting bleach in the fresh water tank. We were unable to wash or shower with the fresh water as the smell of bleach was so strong and seemed to be affecting my skin. There was a problem with the water pump draining the battery so we just made sure to switch the water pump off when we weren't using it. The host was not available to do a walk round on returning the RV. Sadly we wouldn't recommend this RV unless some work is done on the interior.

5I had an absolutely amazing experience renting this RV from Joseph and Sandy. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. They took the time to walk us through everything and made sure we felt confident and ready for our trip. The RV itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed.
