Our RV is No smoking of any kind. We will impose a $100 fine for extra cleaning fee. Peaceful Prestige RV is based on Peace… it means to distance one of the stress of the every day life and transfer for a real relaxing and most importantly peaceful time. Inconsistent pre-trip preparation
While many guests praise Joseph and Sandy for detailed walkthroughs and responsive support during trips, others reported the RV was not ready or hosts were unavailable for walk-arounds at pick-up/return.
Mixed driving performance reported
While some guests found the RV easy to drive, others noted significant issues with shocks and steering, making it feel hazardous. Additionally, multiple guests reported dirty conditions and severe wear and tear on the interior.

2.0Our trip was ok but we were very disappointed in the RV. We rented the same RV one year ago and it was ok, it had some wear and tear but this time it was very bad. The interior has extremely bad wear and tear, particularly on the dinette seats and the couch. The host told us it was caused by a dog with the previous guests but the wear/damage looks like it has been like it for a while and the host has made attempts at patching it up. The RV had not been cleaned inside or outside when we collected it and the host was not available to do a walk round with us. The host had called us to let us know the RV was ready for collection and had mentioned something about putting bleach in the fresh water tank. We were unable to wash or shower with the fresh water as the smell of bleach was so strong and seemed to be affecting my skin. There was a problem with the water pump draining the battery so we just made sure to switch the water pump off when we weren't using it. The host was not available to do a walk round on returning the RV. Sadly we wouldn't recommend this RV unless some work is done on the interior.

5.0I had an absolutely amazing experience renting this RV from Joseph and Sandy. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. They took the time to walk us through everything and made sure we felt confident and ready for our trip. The RV itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home on wheels — comfortable, reliable, and thoughtfully prepared for a smooth and enjoyable journey.
