When I arrived at my destination with the trailer I discovered that the holding tanks had not been emptied. As I was wilderness camping I therefore had no restroom.
The batteries were also dead and would not charge.
I have already spoken with the owner and I will be compensated for the problems. I know him personally and he is working with me to make it right.

Brennen was excellent to rent from. Trailer was clean and towed great even with my smaller truck. I would not hesitate to rent with him again.
