If there is a urine or feces smell inside of the camper, $150 will be deducted from your security deposit.
Use only RV & Marine approved toilet paper. Anything else will cause the sewage system to clog and many hours to repair. $500 of your security deposit may NOT be refunded if evidence of foreign material is found in the sewage system.
Awning use is strictly prohibited. If the breakable locks are tampered with or broken, you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage.

We were born and raised in Southern California and love the many landscapes that California offers to camp in. We mostly camp in the desert to satisfy our passion to be outdoors and on our dirt bikes with friends and family. There's nothing like being able to take a warm shower after a long day of getting dirty out on the trails! Camping in this rig has always been a fun, comfortable and exciting way for us to experience the outdoors. We planned on using it much more than we've been able to, but other aspects of our lives have gotten in the way of having fun...like having to go to work! So we would love the opportunity to give other people a fun experience instead of the camper just sitting there sadly in storage.
