No Smoking Policy Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the trailer at any time. A cleaning fee of $300+ will apply if smoke odors are detected or evidence is found. Pet Policy Pets are welcome only with prior approval. No pets on furniture or beds. Bring your own pet bedding or use designated areas. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning. Fire & Safety Policy No open flames inside the trailer — this includes candles, incense, or portable stoves. Cooking must be done with built-in appliances or outside using a grill or campfire. Never leave the trailer unattended while the stove, heater, or any appliance is running. Do not cover or obstruct ventilation or emergency exits. Water & Waste System Use Only use RV-safe toilet paper (provided). Do not flush anything else down the toilet. If you’re unfamiliar with RV systems, please ask — incorrect waste tank use can cause expensive damage. Return with tanks emptied, unless prepaid for dump service. Water Damage Prevention Keep windows and doors shut during rain or while towing to prevent leaks or damage. Do not overload the sink or shower — monitor water usage carefully. Towing & Driving Rules Only approved drivers may tow the trailer (as per Outdoorsy insurance terms). You must have a vehicle with proper towing capacity and braking system. No off-road travel or unpaved campsites unless previously discussed. No travel outside the U.S. without prior written permission. Return Condition Please return the trailer cleaned and swept out, with trash removed. A cleaning fee will be charged if returned excessively dirty. If towing, return with a full propane tank and empty waste tanks, unless prepaid. Report any damage, malfunction, or missing items immediately. General Courtesy & Use Be respectful of the trailer as if it were your own. No climbing on the roof. Secure all doors, latches, and awnings before driving. Awnings must be retracted during High winds.
