2Unit was to be returned by 15:00 hrs as stated on rental page, we returned the unit @ 13:00 hrs and we were charged $125 for additional time. We used the unit to tow only 2 days and they charged a towing fee for every day of the rental.

A copy of this contract will be provided at the time of pickup and must be signed before the rental can begin. Renter understands that Outdoorsy’s cancellation policy still applies, and refusal or failure to sign the Owner’s contract at pickup does not void or alter the cancellation terms, nor does it entitle the Renter to a refund. By completing this reservation, Renter agrees to comply with all requirements set forth by the Owner and understands that signing the Owner’s contract is a mandatory part of the rental process.
