Billy and Joel provide detailed orientation, including videos, and respond to questions within minutes. They proactively check-in during trips and even offered roadside assistance for a flat tire.
Very easy to drive
Guests consistently praise its effortless handling on various roads and quick setup. It offers comfortable sleeping with two Queen beds, ample storage, a home-like shower, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked for six.

5.0The layout was ideal for 2 people. One of our favorite features was the large sink. The bed was extremely comfortable! The shower felt like a home shower. There is plenty of storage so it was easy to keep things organized. Communication with Billy and Joel was instantaneous- great hosts!

5.0We had a fabulous trip with Betty White and highly recommend renting from Billy and Joel! Our trip was with our young family of two elementary aged kids and two adults. Betty White was very comfortable with the two adults in the Queen in the back and the two kids in the loft Queen bed. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer, gas stovetop (4 burners), Keurig, and sink. There are plenty of plates, cups, silverware for a party of 6. We were first time RV drivers and Billy and Joel provided a great orientation including a video they have made of Betty White that we were able to refer to throughout our trip to troubleshoot how to use different functions in the RV. Billy and Joel were also readily available through Outdoorsy messaging and via text both before and throughout our trip. We had a flat tire in a very rural location that roadside assistance was not able to help us with and Billy offered to drive 4 hours out with equipment to help us. I highly recommend renting from Billy and Joel for the RV itself (clean, comfortable, user friendly) and for the team (responsive, helpful, super friendly, and invested in your vacation).
