3The RV site had a check-in of 2pm and they informed me they would arrive between 3-5pm, the RV didn’t show up until 6:15pm and I couldn’t get into it until set up which was 7pm. Very poor communication, just said there was traffic but zero additional communication. There was no description on how to use the trailer, i was just given a lock box code and then he left. I have used outdoorsy several times before and this experience was not great. Overall, the RV was described correctly as far as pictures and what not.

5Everything worked great in the RV, especially the AC. The interior was clean and comfortable. We had good communication with Samuel, and he was very helpful on our first RV experience.
