This luxury family camper is ready for your on-grid or off-grid adventures; no matter where you go, you will be camping in comfort and style. The unit sleeps 6-8 depending on your adult to child ratio. If you are camping on-grid you will have use of the A/C, microwave and electrical outlets, the unit has 50 Amp service and a 25-foot power cord. If you are off grid, no worries! The unit has 2 marine batteries and a solar system that recharges the batteries and an inverter that allows you to use the outlets for short periods of time. We also offer a generator, so you are never without power.
Starting outside, the unit has the aforementioned solar system on top that keeps the batteries charged for night and has an inverter that you can use to run plugged in items like a phone charger or coffee maker. It has a large electric awning, outdoor kitchen with a gas flattop grill, sink, and fridge, rear access door to get coolers or bikes in and out of the camper with ease, large underbelly storage and an easy-to-use water command center for filling and dumping with an outside faucet and hose connection.
We also provide a large mat to put under the awning and up to 6 camp chairs.
Moving inside, the Eagle has 2 full size bunks in the rear of the unit, the bottom bunk folds up for storage of bikes or cooler while travelling. It has a large bathroom with plenty of counter space, a porcelain toilet, step-in shower with glass doors, sink with hot and cold water and a high-powered rain proof exhaust fan.
The main cabin boasts a large slide-out living room with 2 recliners and a large U-shape dinette that converts into a full-size bed. Stainless steel sink with pull down style faucet, 3 burner gas cooktop and gas oven, electric fridge and freezer, microwave, TV with HD antennae, inside/outside stereo with Bluetooth and the largest hidden pantry you have ever seen in a camper.
We provide plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and towels. We can also provide basic linens if requested.
The bedroom has a queen-size foam mattress, two hanging closets, overbed storage, built-in dresser with 3 drawers and 2 shelves, underbed storage, reading lights and a 2-panel privacy door with a lock.
In terms of mechanicals, the unit has (2) 30lb propane tanks with auto switch, 2 marine batteries, an 81-gallon freshwater tank, (2) 40-gallon gray water tanks and a 37-gallon black water tank. It also has a 60,000 BTU tankless hot water system, Furnace, A/C, LED lighting inside and outside, electric front landing gear and electric rear stabilizer legs.
Perhaps the coolest feature is you control everything from the JayCommand tablet inside the main door. It gives you control over the awning, slide-out, front and rear legs, furnace and AC and all the lights. It shows you the level of the water tanks, the batteries, solar panel performance, inverter status and tire pressure. There are redundant switches outside for the legs, and all of the lights can also be controlled by switches throughout the cabin.
In terms of towing, you need a vehicle that can tow at least 8,000 lbs. and has an integrated trailer brake already installed. The dry weight of the trailer is 8,040 lbs. and it can carry an additional 2,000 lbs. The hitch weight is about 930lbs. We do have a weight distribution hitch that will help distribute the load off the rear axle of the tow vehicle and onto the trailer axle. If you wait until you get to your destination to fill the water tank you will save yourself about 900lbs of towing weight and the same applies if you dump all of the tanks before your return trip. Ultimately, you need to check with your vehicle manufacturer to get the exact towing specs for your vehicle.
