RIO is a true vacation on wheels. From renters; "they've thought of everything", "great hosts!" "I wish we rented this van first!", & "will make this an annual trip". It's beautiful with lots of space, storage and comfort. Rest each night on a memory foam mattress, then easily stow it away and enjoy the Large galley kitchen. Rio is very well maintained and prepped to make sure your rental is seamless. This 2022 Mercedes Benz Sprinter is designed with a luxury, manually convertible Murphy bed to have lots of usable room for extra comfort. Most of our compliments come from our layout, and the cleanliness to make you feel spoiled while getting those boots on land for your outdoor adventure. Whether you are traveling with 1 or up to 4, the 2 passenger seats tuck away for plenty of day use space. 4 adults will travel comfortably. Other popular features include the “1-UP” bike rack (up to 3 bikes, additional charge) hot shower, 8 feet of counter space for easy prep, 27 gallons of fresh water, galley kitchen, fully stocked kitchen, temperature controlled fridge or freezer, diesel efficient heater with built in thermostat, lithium battery pulling off separate solar powered generator keeping you charged for your entire trip, and plenty of indoor and outdoor storage for luggage.

Rio is very easy to drive and comfortable. The custom layout is designed to maximize the space and its very roomy inside. The Murphy bed works well and good mattress with plenty of space. When the bed is up, during the day, easy access to storage and sink with a large counter for cooking and meal prep. The powered cooler has plenty of room for all your drinks and food. The outside shower gets the water warm quick. The battery system is so easy and is smart so it regulates itself and charges itself too with the solar panels. I was renting the Sprinter camping van because I will be buying a van and wanted to check out the features, layout and driveability and I'm sold on the Mercedes & will incorporate a lot of Rio's designs. Jess was fantastic and prepped the van with goodies and her explanation of the technology and mechanical details & instructions made it easy to understand. Great host and so courteous!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
If you'd like to request the van to be dropped off and/or picked up, it is all a matter of timing. Please ask and I will do everything I can do to accommodate.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
No need to waste your valuable time reading manuals or problem solving on a computer screen to crack the code on how to use the van to it's max. Our van was created to be very easy to use. We have eliminated most computer operating systems to manual switches (as easy as a light switch) for things like the water pump, heat, and generators. -After renting sprinter myself, we'd like to pass the lessons learned onto you.
Q.What makes RIO a better van than others?
R.
SPACE! There is nothing (truly) like Rio. We have rented, researched and had ours professionally built to mainly accomplish the one thing we all seek; usable space. Our backseat and murphy bed collapse & are both are VERY EASY to do, taking less than 1 minute to do both. 4 adults can sit together and eat dinner, move about and sleep soundly. There is even a "cave" as we call it for our young one to read and sleep under the murphy bed. Kids love it!
