Great camper for family camping, trail riding, tailgating, Kelly Park, Magnolia Park, Wekiva Falls, Wekiva State Park or Ft Wilderness. Comes with portable grill and table for outdoor cooking. Also, the garage doubles(triples) as a bunkhouse or screened in picnic area.Sorry no/little reviews yet, see our other past performances on the link below.Delivery plus pickup service is available but it costs $4 a mile from storage to destination. This is to cover the driver's time and mileage to complete 2 round trips. Consider more local campers when a long distance delivery is required.
Golf cart(4 Passenger) Generator and fishing kayak are available as extras.
Free setup with every delivery.If you are going to pick up the trailer yourself, your vehicle must have a working trailer brake controller and be large enough to haul the 10,000 lb loaded weight.

Owner had good communication and was very pleasant & responsive to messages. He was very patient with the waiting line to set up. The photos advertised were not a good representation of the actual condition of the unit. Trailer is in need of repair. Water leaking from the toilet during the whole rental period. Water came in around bump out in kitchen during rain storms. Floor was soft and rotten around dining table. Furniture peeling, water stained and floors were dirty. It was not fully stocked. There was only 2 paper cups, no linens other than sheets and blankets. We were very disappointed and left a day early.

The trailer was filthy. I cleaned every dish before using it because they weren’t cleaned. I’m pretty sure we left it way cleaner than we got it. We found mold in the fridge. The golf card was disgusting. It had dirt and grime on the top and what looked like mold too.
