3 bed family fun 24’ 11” camper trailer. Comes with electronic A/C, heater, BT stereo, refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, microwave, oven, full sink and plenty of storage space for all your items. Pick up and drop off are between noon and 5pm, please make sure to communicate pick up or drop off prior to pick up day. A sweep and wipe down of the trailer. Failure to do so will result in added fees.Please return trailer in the condition it was rented, including the following:Propane tanks full

Any dirty linen provided in green laundry bags
Black water and gray water tanks empty
All trash removed
No fish or game cleaning inside
No smoking
