This very clean, well maintained RV is in "like new" condition! It's a perfect fit for a family adventure or a place for hunters and fishermen to hang their hats during a romp in nature. Equipped with power jack, power stabilizers, television and assorted DVDs. Complete with a fully functional kitchen and ample counter space. The roomy bathroom layout includes a bathtub for cleaning up the little campers after a great day of exploring. The RV boasts a spacious outdoor kitchen set up with a large refrigerator/freezer, gas burner and sink. Rent an affordable oversized gas grill/griddle combo providing the camp chef an opportunity to demonstrate his skills during breakfast, lunch and dinner! Your outdoor space is covered by a 9x12 soft lite awning. Basic camping gear - outdoor carpet, 4 chairs and side table are included. The pristine interior is cooled on warm days by an oversized AC unit and on those cooler days warmed by a powerful furnace. Located in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes Region we are in close proximity to dozens, if not hundreds of campgrounds both state and privately owned. We offer our owners a passive income without the challenges of managing their own RV rentals. Through the Outdoorsy platform we guide renters through the process of reserving an RV including insurance, add-ons and the particulars which will make every experience extraordinary. Specifics will be reviewed at time of pick up or delivery. All non-sewer rentals will incur a 65.00 tank dump and rinsing fee.
Q.What is the minimum age for renting the RV?

You must be 28 yrs of age. Government issued ID required at the time of pick up or delivery turn over. the individual named in the rental agreement must be present.
