This wonderful pop up has only been used a hand full of times after being bought brand new in 2023. Clean and up-to-date! It is easy to tow and almost any car/suv/truck with a 2inch hitch will tow it. Dry weight 1589lbs. 3 beds total when including the fold down dinette set. 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin. Indoor heater runs off propane/electricity. Plenty of storage. 11 gallon water tank but also hooks up to city water if available. Roomy and comfortable with heated mattresses (must be plugged in). Electrical outlets (must be plugged in) and 2 USB ports(works off battery). Pick up and drop off was easy. The camper was clean and spacious. Easy to transport. Vivian was very accommodating, I would reserve this camper again.

Pop up was fantastic. Easy to set up. Kept us dry during downpour in the Gila. Lots of room for our family of 4. Would rent from Vivian again!

Vivian was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and the camper was fantastic! Everything was very clean and functional, and Vivian did a wonderful job taking us through how to work a pop up camper as we had never done so before. Absolutely no complaints!
