This is a great family camper. With the 3 pop out sleeping areas all with queen beds and the slide out dining area there is room for everyone. The dining area and the comfy couch can be converted to additional sleeping areas when it is time for bed. There are actually can be 5 beds so the number of campers can be as many as you feel comfortable with, up to 10. The camper is easy to set up and when it is time to come home it is easy to get back on the road. Whether you are dry camping or parking at an RV park you will have all of the amenities like a bathroom with a shower, a microwave for those quick meals (at RV park or with generator running), 3 burner cook top, small oven, outdoor grill plus more that will make your adventure fun and easy. This can be pulled by most full sized trucks. You will need to have a tow package or receiver hitch with a 7 pin connector. Hitch with weight distribution and antisway will be provided at pickup time. This is about 5500 lbs loaded so please check your vehicle limits. Camper has 36 gallon fresh water tank that will be full at pick up time if you like. I can also provide a 2000 watt Honda Generator for dry camping at an additional cost. The small generator will not run the AC unit but will operate all other appliances. The AC unit can be used at any RV park or at a home with 30amp service. The Camper has a fridge with a small freezer that can run on propane or electric. Also included are a TV with DVD player so don't forget to bring your favorite movies along, reception is poor in most camping areas. TV is also compatible with most gaming systems. There is a power awning and power lift/lower for ease of hooking up. All 3 pop out beds have mattresses but renter will need to provide your own bedding. Tow vehicle must have trailer brake controller installed and 7 pin connector. A brake controller is required and can be installed by most mechanics or U-haul shops for a minimal cost. Usually less than $100. If you have any questions feel free to send a message. I usually answer with in a couple of hours if not sooner.The cleaning fee includes dumping all waste tanks and flushing them. Also included is flush and sanitizing the fresh water tank. All renters are expected to clean the interior of the camper to the condition it was in when picked up. I will wash all kitchen items and sanitize after rental even if used or not. If the camper is returned filthy and requires extra ordinary time to make it ready for the next renter additional charges may apply.Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted in the unit. This includes but is not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, vaping of any kind, legal or illegal substances. You will sign a "no smoking waiver" at time of pick-up. If it is found that you have smoked in or around the unit as so the smell is inside and evident a charge up to the limit of your deposit will be charged. If you are a smoker and the smell is on your clothing and is left inside the unit you will be charged. If you are a smoker or have smokers in your party this may not be the unit for you. Thank you for your consideration.I usually plan pick up time around 10am and request return time no later than 5pm on the return day. I know that those times do not work for everyone so just let me know what you need and I am generally available to accommodate most schedules. Please plan 30 minutes to 1 hour for camper specific and Hitching instructions depending on your experience.
