2019 Genesis Supreme Rv Vortex
Light weight towable toyhauler that can be towed with a half ton truck (1500, F150). Sleeps 4 with a full sized bed in front, a queen bed in back. Cargo area is 173x64 inches. Avaliable 40 gallon fuel station available. This trailer is equipped, a 100 gallon fresh water tank, two 30 pound propane bottle to provide gas for the water heater to give you hot water and keep the built in heater working so the trailer is toasty during the cold months. Has a 800 watt solar system, 3000 watt inverter to power your 110v appliances, and a 300ah lithium battery. Amenities include for use are all bed linens, cutlery, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, and pans. Awning NOT Available FOR USE due to consistant damage. This RV is amazing for a weekend beach trip, lake getaway or spend some time in the in the the forest for an affordable cost! Weight distribution hitch included for use with rental. Generator included for use, make sure the fuel is topped off, otherwise there is a $20 charge.Want some Loud music outside, add the Bluetooth recharge JBL PartyBox110 to have portable music at your campground! Check out the add on for $25 a trip!Don't have a toy to put in the toy hauler, or have friends that want to go riding but they don't have a UTV? I am flexible with pickup and drop off times, but please when making a time to pick up and drop off you Commit to picking up and dropping off on those times. I do not live at my storage unit, and it's not cool that I come to meet people for pickup and drop off and they are late and I am stuck waiting around. I do have a life outside of this business, so please be respectful.If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess.

All of my units are built to be off grid capable. Every unit has a large solar system, lithium batteries, and inverters to power all of your 110v appliances. You'll probably never run the generator unless you need the air conditioner for long term!
