Towable toyhauler that can be towed with a half ton truck. (1500 or F150) Sleeps 7 with a full sized bed in front, two queen beds in back, and a fold out full in the slide. Cargo area is 173x68 inches. Will Accommodate A 4 Seater UTV That IS 64 Inches Wide. Avaliable 40 gallon fuel station available. This trailer is equipped with a 100 gallon fresh water tank, two 20 pound propane bottle to provide gas for the water heater to give you hot water and keep the built in heater working so the trailer is toasty during the cold months. Awning IS NOT Available FOR USE, due to constant damage. Amenities include for use are all bed linens, cutlery, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, and pans. This RV is amazing for a weekend beach trip, lake getaway or spend some time in the in the the forest for an affordable cost! I do have a life outside of this business, so please be respectful.If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess.

Have had an RV for over 10 years, currently full time RV in a 42 foot 5th wheel! I use my 30 foot toy hauler to take my race car to the drag strip, my X3 to the desert, and dry camp at the beach to enjoy the scenery. All of my RV's have off grid capabilities such as solar, extra batteries, extra water storage, and a generator, so go out there and don't worry about hooking up!
