1999 Glendale Royal Classic
Arvie the Great is a beautifully renovated 1999 Glendale Royal Classic Class-C motorhome. Tastefully updated for cozy home away from home vibes. Arvie is 30ft long with a huge slide-out making him the perfect amount of space that's comfortable and spacious but still easy to drive. Equipped with a full bathroom, queen sized master bedroom (you can close it off for privacy - hellooo) a dinette / fold down bed, fold down sofa bed and a Huge over cab bunk. Arvie also has air conditioning, heating, a full kitchen with pantry, fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave as well as a TV + DVD player with a cute little Nintendo Classic + preloaded games included. We've also recently upgraded Arvie to have full power regardless of hookups or services at your site. TV, microwave etc. can be used anywhere and everywhere!Arvie is our best guy and we love him so much, he makes our families memories that much more special. We loved every day of our Canadian adventure with Arvie. Bags of character and space, comfortably sleeping our family of five. Communication in advance was spot on, the walkthrough on pick up was detailed and all queries (of which there were few) were answered promptly while we were on the road. So grateful that this amazing home on wheels has been shared to give others the opportunity to enjoy it! Little extra touches like board games, outdoor seating/mats and the mini NES were lovely. Would absolutely recommend renting - so much more personal and fun than a standard one. Thank you - we miss Arvie already!

Mel and Rob were gracious hosts. They gave a great introduction to Arvie and were always quick to respond during our trip.
Arvie was well equipped and worked well at full service as well as no service campgrounds. For a family of four, the camper provides pleanty of room with the big slideout.
Arvie is an older (yet upgraded) model and he has his small quirks, as is to be expected.

What a time! First of all, Melinda and Rob were all around incredible hosts. Not only were they friendly and approachable, their run down of Arvie was easy to digest and concise for how much information we covered. Arvie was so much fun, the extendable slide was a fan favorite! Arvie had everything we needed including 3 ways to make coffee! This was my first experience with an RV and it definitely won't be my last, I'm converted! 100% would rent Arvie again!

We took Arvie out for a week of camping to Manning Park. Arvie drove well and was faithful to get us to our destination. Set up was easy and the unit met all our expectations. There were a few little things that we dealt with but nothing that could be foreseen. The Hosts have done a wonderful job updating Arvie and making sure that we knew all about Arvie's intricacies before we departed.
I would not hesitate to recommend taking Arvie on your next adventure.

Arvie is a lovely ‘house’ where you quickly feel at home. Fully equipped to go on an adventure! Robert and Melinda are wonderful hosts and respond quickly to any questions. Recommended!
