Only issue was that on return of the vehicle there was no postage of when someone would arrive, so I had to return the Winnie after 9 am when I wished to return it closer to 8, but that was made up for by the fact that LC RV came through with the rental last minute after we had two cancellations for the RV we originally reserved - with the second cancellation happening about 8 hours before pickup.

I would recommend renting from LV RV Rental to any of my friends. They were accommodating to our schedule change and were very helpful when we had questions about the RV. We had a great trip in our RV!

This RV’s generator broke a day into our trip, and we were left without AC and power for 4+ days. Tried contacting the owner to get help and they ignored us for the entire trip. We are in the process of requesting a refund.

Five stars across the board for exceptional service and communication. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Everything on board worked properly (generator, propane, shower, bathroom) the sheets and towels were fresh and the ride was pretty smooth. The fact that dumping gray/black water tanks was included in the price was a game changer. I forgot few things in the car and the hosts were nice enough to ship it back to me (I provided the label and UPS pick up), even during their busy season which I'm super grateful for.
Will definitely rent here again, 100% This is my new West coast spot.

The RV is totally unprepared for what it was rented for. Generator many problems related to no instructions whatsoever for anything in the unit. Gas refrigerator did not work on gas only electricity. Awning did not exist.

That’s a false statement. The generator worked for 4 hours per the odometer, and when you returned the rv, and the fuel level was full, it fired up right away

First, the good: The rental process and pickup/drop-off were quick and easy. The employee who met us to go over the operating instructions was super nice, excellent to deal with, very helpful, and answered all of our million questions. The RV was easy to drive and we had no real mechanical issues. Any questions/issues we had during the trip were quickly answered by text and phone. No complaints on the ease of the process, communication, and basic use of the vehicle. A+ on this front.

Horrible Experience !! The Owner promised to give refund for the days we were without A/C and had to get a Motel room due to the extreme heat, obviously they never did ! The guy they had to go over the basics of the RV did a poor job with the instructions. The Tub had Duck Tape in it , sheets was dirty/Dingy, bathroom light didn't work , the shower leaked ever where and to sit on the toilet is to risk your life as it felt unstable. For Our first camping Experience, I would not rent from this company ever again ! The App is making me give them one star...

The owner and the people we encountered were incredibly nice and accommodating. We had no issues with them in any way. I will say the RV itself had a number of issues that affected comfort, but not functionality. The vehicle was safe and we were able to visit all our planned destinations, but it was obvious that there was a bit of wear and tear that the owners were not aware of (leaks, AC issues, fan/vent not working). The impression we got was that they purchase "retired" RVs from larger companies. Admittedly, the cost was lower here than those other big name rental companies and maybe this is why. Again, the people were lovely.

This RV has a lot of wears and tears with over 180k mileage when we rented. Many interior parts were not well maintained even though Kevin was helpful to repair/replace microwave, fan, broken doors while we were waiting to pick up RV. We are glad we safely come back our trip without any major issue with driving.

Well understand that RVing is not for everyone. Maybe we are those people, but it was something we always wanted to try. It was also a very hot weekend 107 to 110 and the camper never got cool so that was rough. Thinking that early fall would have been better!
