This was our fourth year renting Mac. Overall it was another success. The RV is clean, fully stocked and fits our family of 5 quite well. This year there were a few minor issues: 1. the TV no longer plays in color, only black and white (but who goes camping to watch TV?), 2. there was an issue with the black water tank We choose not to use the toilet while camping but other renters do. We were told that the previous renters did not fully empty the black tank which caused a pretty specific odor in the back of the RV. Unfortunately there was still "dirty" water in the tank which we could definitely smell. We attempted to fix it using CampFresh only to find out that the black tank cap was loose and we had just flushed "dirty" water under the RV, compounding the smell. All in all the trip went well and we had no other problems with the RV. We are hopeful that this issue has been rectified and the outhouse smell remains at the outhouse.

Really fantastic. We were first time RV users, and Curtis was really responsive to all of our questions both before and during the trip. RV performed beautifully. Really nice interior, and everything was pretty straight forward. Drove well.

Curtis was great to work with and very helpful. The RV ran strong and easily cruised at freeway speeds. We had it for 8 nights as we traveled for Fort Stevens and Silver Falls State Parks in Oregon.
There were a few issues with the RV that I am sure Curtis will have fixed before the next rental. The furnace heated the RV but the cool down fan didn't shut off on its own, we had to use the thermostat to stop the fan, which made for some cool nights. The kitchen sink had nice water pressure, but the shower and bathroom sink did not.

Curtis was a gracious “host”! He took the time and effort into making sure our time with his motor home went smoothly. And it did! Once I had to contact him due to a user error issue, but he responded immediately and we figured it out. We had a fantastic camping vacation and the RV made it really special! I highly recommend.

Curtis and Laura were wonderful to work with and were extremely helpful. Our family had a fantastic 5 day trip due to their great RV. We highly recommend renting through the Wibe’s.
