The RV was a wonderful way to travel. We went to observe the 2024 Ecylpse and we had all the amenities with us to make it a perfect experience. Simon is a great host and we loved his vehicle. He was very good at explaining all the features and uses of the functions of the RV. We'd highly recommend renting this great RV. Thank you Simon.

This RV was a perfect size for my wife, my teenage son, and myself. It drives very nicely for a larger vehicle. The Mercedes diesel engine has a good amount of power...which we put to the test with a lot of mileage through the mountains. I particularly liked the back slide-out, which creates a very comfortable space for the main sleeping area. Simon was very easy to work with. He was always responsive to my questions before the trip. His walk-through when I received the vehicle at the beginning of our rental period was informative, organized, and quite extensive. I appreciated his attention to detail, as we needed all the information to make our 10-day rental go smoothly...and it did!!

Simon was very thorough and patient explaining all the features of the RV, which was very necessary as we were first time RVers. The RV was very comfortable for two middle aged adults. It's a small RV, and the bathroom is tight, but that is to be expected. The RV is well maintained by Simon and clean. It does drive like a marshmallow, but again, that is to be expected for such a vehicle. Great little RV for two people to escape the busy bustle of the city.

Simon was great! He was quick to respond the one time we needed him on our trip and he was beyond thorough when we picked up the RV. As first time RV renters, he took the time to show us all the features and functions of the RV, which we greatly appreciated. The RV was clean and in great shape and we felt totally at home driving it. We will rent with him again.

After 2600 miles over 11 days, I learned a number of things:This RV is a great platform for two people on shorter trips (~4 hours) where you are in a campground with full hookups every night. Moving into other use cases (boondocking, long distance driving), the RV shorts the experience in ways that can be frustrating.The largest issue I had was the fact that the refrigerator was not usable during driving. Simon said that the LP could not be used during driving, which I sadly confirmed - the propane regulator clogs during the motion of the vehicle, which leads to LP blockages. So, the refrigerator could not be powered by LP while in motion. The 12V setting of the refrigerator fails also. What this meant to me was spoiled food on our outbound journey; I fixed this by stacking the refrigerator with water bottles at the campsite with electricity, chilling the water down, and using this mass to keep the rest cool while underway (like a built-in camping cooler). Simon also suggested a bag of ice, which I did not do, being probably the messiest way to accomplish this.Lack of a way to level the rig was also a bit concerning, one I overcame by selecting level sites while parked. Simon includes a pair of jacks, but these are just to stabilize the RV, and not to lift a low end up. Some lego blocks would be nice to have stored for this eventually. Alternately, in campgrounds management may also have ways to level rigs (wood blocks, etc.)Driving the RV, including fairly tight maneuvering, is very easy in this RV. I took it into parking lots I would have bypassed in a larger rig, and it fits comfortably in two back-to-back spaces in a lot. It is also only 11.5 feet high, so it does not scrape into trees easily.Fuel efficiency was excellent, averaging around 15mpg below 60mph, and 13mpg at 70mph (it is a big wedge to push through the air). You can refuel this at the big truck pumps too - the large nozzle fits, but be cautious by using the very lowest setting. Most of my refuels were 17-19 gallons, which is easily delivered at any pump. The drivers console would warn you about being on emergency fuel if you went much lower.The engine is excellent, and climbs mountains well. Uphills I ended up using the paddle shifter to change it into 4th gear, as the automatic transmission held the overdrive too long for my liking, and seemed to overload the engine (you hear a moan in the engine noise) - this is something endemic to the Sprinter platform, and is not a particular problem with this RV.Mechanically, Simon takes good care of this RV. The tires had plenty of tread, and it had a recent oil change. The generator had a recent oil change as well. I did need to top off oil in both engines, but this is also not unique to this RV, rather diesels in general.The water pump kept shutting off when I turned on the inside shower; it may have been a pressure issue. The toilet and sinks could be used while not connected to city water, but the shower could not.The hot water heater had an electric mode that made the water warm but not hot. Turning on the LP mode made it quite a bit hotter.The queen bed in back (really a.two-piece futon that needed to be stacked up when the rear slide room is retracted) had a platform problem that I did nott notice until cleaning the rig (my other travel mate used the bed). I did not get any complaints about the comfort of the mattress.Simon does not provide sheets, blankets and pillows, so you will need linens for a queen in the back, and a full up front. Towels were provided (they were actually new white ones).Speaking of the front bed, as mentioned earlier, it is an air mattress on top of a stretched fabric base. It is a very excellent air mattress though, in that it maintains constant pressure via a small pump, different from the main inflate/deflate pump. However, this means electricity must be present, otherwise it slowly deflates like every other air mattress I have slept on. While boondocking (like using a Walmart parking lot), this happened to me, and I ended up using a camping mattress on the floor instead. The inverter may be enough to power up this small pump if you inflate with the generator (a scenario I thought about on the last leg back).In summary, though - if you are doing a short, campground-based trip with two people, this is a mighty fine rig to rent. Simon is a great, communicative owner, and he is willing to troubleshoot with you at odd hours also.

Beautiful and easy-to-use RV! For first time RV-ers, the experience was ideal! Simon was wonderful and very thorough with instructions. The RV drove easily - we traveled over 900 miles during our 4 day/3 night adventure! Highly recommend and would book again!

Simon was very professional and courteous. He gave a patient, thorough tour through the RV, which was great for us first-time RV campers. The driving-size of the RV was also doable for us. When we had questions along the trip, Simon replied quickly and knowledgeably. The RV was clean and stocked with supplies. We rented the RV during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it gave us great peace of mind to be able to travel "in isolation" (no need for public restrooms & we made our own food). We did not expect the fold-out couch to be an air mattress, which just barely accommodated our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. However, we would definitely recommend Simon's RV to a couple or family with smaller children.

Simon was great. He met us wearing a mask and was thorough going through the operation of his vehicle. We encountered (operator error 🥴) a problem, I texted him and he walked me through finding what I had done wrong! We loved the RV, it was perfect for us. It handled well even with the high winds and later a thunderstorm. We will rent again!!! Thanks Simon.

The owner was very thorough in explaining the systems in the vehicle. It was clean, easy to drive and accurately listed. The owner was quickly available when we had questions and willing to help.
