Jose's RV was great. It had plenty of space for storage and the beds were comfortable. It had a functional kitchen and all the modern features one would expect. He was thorough in providing a walkthrough and instructions to make it a simple process. He communicated well and we had no issues on the trip. Than you for a great experience!

Jose is just a fantastic human being. He efficiently made a newbie feel confident enough to take my wife and kids on a short glamping trip. The trailer was immaculate, well kept, and did a great job for my family's needs. The kids had an amazing time, but I cannot emphasize how great of a guy Jose is. Great communicator, and just wants you to enjoy your time. Would happily rent from Jose in the future.

Everything went amazing, especially for our first time renting through Outdoorsy! Jose and his family were very helpful, explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all our questions. The camper was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. I was able to easily pull it with my v6 Chevy traverse with the hitch and ez sway bars they provided.

We had an amazing trip in this camper. It was unusually hot and the AC was fantastic! The trip wasn’t without its hiccups and at one point we noticed a bad smell. Jose was SO responsive, calling us to problem solve and then ended up driving out to help us resolve the issue (it was the battery being overcharged which emits a smell). He got everything fixed quickly and the smell went away completely so we were able to finish out the weekend. His customer service was top notch, the camper was very clean when we picked it up, he took the time to walk us through everything and helped teach us to connect it to our car (we are new to this). I would definitely rent from him again!
