A 5 star experience from start to finish. Rayen's communication was exceptional - it was rarely more than 5 minutes before I would receive replies to my questions. The trailer itself is fabulous - light enough to easily tow yet big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 4. Very well stocked - they supply everything you need for a great getaway. The beds are comfortable, the furnace took the chill off the cool nights and the powered awning gave us shade during the day. There are some cool features like an LED light strip on the outside that casts a nice glow and speakers both inside and outside the trailer so you can enjoy some music. It's in great condition, everything works and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in it. We are already starting to plan next year's adventure - thanks Rayen!

Rayen made renting the RV very easy and went over all the features before handover. The trailer had everything our family of 4 needed for the weekend and was very easy to tow. Would definitely rent again from Rayen.

The trailer is well stocked and has all the outdoor camping necessities you will need. Rayen is quick to answer any questions that arise during the rental. We had to cut our holiday short due to the fires in the Okanagan and Shuswap but was offered a discount if we rent again in the future. :)

We had a great time with this trailer, it was the perfect size for our family of 4. Rayen was always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely rent with them again!

The perfect travel trailer rental! This Jayco is in great condition and feels brand new. Everything works great and was nice and clean on pickup. Easy to set up and Rayen was excellent to deal with. Highly recommended. Will rent again.
