My husband and I love to travel. We have had many road trips out west, but plan on seeing the east very soon! One of our favorite destinations is Utah. With 5 national parks, gorgeous scenery, and beautiful weather, it is a must see! When we are not feeling a long road trip, we like to head out to Johnson Branch at Ray Roberts Lake State Park. It 's so close to home and there are some great campsites close to the water. When we started traveling we bought a class C motorhome. We quickly realized it didn't fit our wants and needs. The hassle of leveling, putting the slides out, and setting up was tedious. We are so happy we made the switch to the Travato van. It is so easy to get in and hit the road! We hope you'll love it as much as we do!

We had a wonderful experience renting from Carrie. Great communication. Very clean inside and out when we picked up. Kitchen well equipped. Definitely recommend.

We loved the camper van and enjoyed the ease of driving and set up, nothing to tow and no leveling required. The space was cozy and perfect for two and Carrie provided everything. We only needed our food and clothing!

I loved the communication and the videos, the ease of the process and the host, the cleanliness, the mattresses/beds, how well the van handled on the road, and not needing anything. No surprises, either; exactly as advertised.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience in renting Carrie’s little RV .. it was amazing how many features were packed into the vehicle . Carrie sent instructional videos ahead of time and then walked us through the features before we set off. Her attention to detail was clear every time we opened a cabinet door or even opened a drawer. She really goes the extra mile to provide for the renters

Carrie is awesome! It is very important to her that you have a great trip and enjoy the camper van. She is very detailed and organized so it makes it very easy for you. She even has short videos of how to use many of the features on the van. On top of all of that, she has the van fully stocked with supplies, cookware, utensils, towels and bedding. Highly recommended that you rent from her.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! We are considering buying a camper van, but wanted to try one first…..this is the ONE to try. Carrie has it completely setup and equipped so all we had to do is hop in and go. She walked us through all the “how to’s”, provided cheat sheets and videos as well as made herself readily available for any questions. Definitely recommend this rental whether just trying it out or creating memories… you won’t go wrong with this one!

This was our first time renting an RV. Carrie made it such a great experience. She sent videos as well as went over everything before we left. Teh Travato was clean and well stocked. She even included coffee, creamer and sugar. She had propane for the grill. The Travato was the perfect size for us. It was able to go into the mountains of Colorado without any issues. It is the perfect size to enjoy the national parks in. We got several compliments on the RV while we were on Vacation. We appreciate that Carrie and her husband shared their wonderful RV with us. We made many new memories together. Below is a Picture of my husband next to RV on our last morning in Colorado. We did not want to leave.

Great hosts/0wners. Excellent and speedy communications, and thorough walk through, including written and video instructions. Very nice, as new, camper van. Everything you need is in the RV. Easy to drive and set up. Will rent this RV camper again! More fun than a hotel room!!

Renting an RV through Outdoorsy has been a great experience. And, this host was very friendly and helpful. She sent videos ahead of the trip for how to use the vital systems on the van, and gave me written instructions at dropoff. She had great advice and tips.

Allow me to summarize and save time…THIS IS THE RV you are looking for! My wife and I flew from NYC to Dallas, to fulfill a life long dream to stargaze at Big Bend Nat’l Park, and thanks to our host Carrie we had an amazing time. We picked up the Travato as arranged, and Carrie made sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the RV. This was our first time boondock camping off-grid, and Carrie actually sent us instructional videos that they had created that walked us through all the workings of the van weeks before we picked it up! We spent three nights off the grid at Big Bend and the RV was flawless. This RV comes equipped with absolutely everything you will need. All we had to do was stock up on food & water and hit the road! Their RV was clean and clearly well maintained, and came fully equipped with all the bedding, kitchen and bathroom necessities you would require. The RV was easy to drive, and thanks to the rear facing cameras backing in to campsites (or parking spaces) was a breeze. It’s just like driving a large minivan, and no one should be intimidated to drive it. The RV’s satellite navigation system worked flawlessly, well past where Google maps on my iPhone died due to lack of all cell service. We spent a full week in their RV, 3 days off-grid and another 4 days in traditional fully equipped campsites and did not require anything that Carrie had not planned for. I have to thank our hosts for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this RV and you can not go wrong with these hosts! They made everything simple for us, and we had a truly memorable vacation.
