Patti was the best! She did everything to ensure that we had a great experience with the RV. She was available throughout to answer any questions.

This was our first RV experience and we had a great time. It was a lot of work because we visited two different RV parks in one weekend. The RV was clean and well equipped. An extra plus was that contingencies were provided for loss of internal power and Internet. Patricia was very patient and always available to help us deal with the normal and unexpected situations encountered with RV life. Great job, Patricia. Will definitely do it again!
