The RV was nice, clean and well maintained. Carissa and Jon were very polite and engaging. Leading up to the pick up and drop off, their responses were a bit delayed. The fresh, grey and black water tanks were not emptied by the previous user. I informed Jon and he apologized- indicated that he would address it with the other party.
