I cannot recommend this travel trailer highly enough! Thanks to their exceptional hospitality and top-notch service, my family and I were able to get out to Moab on a fantastic last-minute spring break adventure.

***Do not rent any trailers from Barret Warner. He was very dishonest***. I rent his trailer to spend the thanksgiving holiday around Utah. When I went to pick it up on Wednesday at lunch time, he had his wife to release the trailer to me and she said that everything was working, that they already inspected, but I pointed out that were few things coming apart, like the microwave, the kitchen’s cabinet door, the windows curtains and she said they already knew about it, that the prior person who rented did not take care of it. They assured me that everything was working properly, but they could not test right there with me because there was no power and they said that I should be fine when I connect at the camping site. But when I arrived at the campground at that same day, no outlets were working or the water heater. I tried to reach out to them right away through Outdoorsy but they didn’t reply. So I tried a different camping site and the same problem persisted. I have my own generator from my truck and it was not working there either, so I realized that the trailer had a major electric issue, since it only worked on battery and gas the whole time. So, they finally got in touch with me from the wife’s personal phone, saying that she was going to refund me the whole money since they realized the trailer had a problem. I had to pay hotels and showers in different locations to make it though the trip. When I returned, the owner put his wife again to talk to me and he started to check the trailer and he concluded that the water heather and other electrical components were not working. I returned the trailer with the empty tanks and clean, and two days later he contacted me from his phone now, saying that he will charge me a dump fee and that he will only refund me less than 50% of what I paid and he was going to do it through Zelle. But outdoorsy policy says they handle the refunds and customer satisfaction, not the owners. He knew that the unit was bad and let me rent to go on a winter trip with two little kids. I only want them to honor what they agreed to, that is to refund my whole money and my security deposit. I am very disappointed with the way things turned out and I want to leave my review here so others be aware of what kind of person you will be dealing with.

Great trailer and excellent hosts! Trailer was easy to use and very comfortable. Friendly, well organized, and thoughtful hosts. Absolutely would rent again.

This is an amazing RV with a great floodplan and great features including the Murphy bed and large bunk beds. Barett was extremely helpful and responsive and had the trailer fully stocked with all the essentials we needed - plates, cookware, toaster etc - including towels and a vanity kit. They really took care of all the details.
