William made sure the RV was stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time and will definitely rent from him again.

Our RV host and our RV was amazing but dealing with outdoorsy customer service has been annoying and expensive. Please be aware outdoorsy sees it fit to charge 20% and taxes and fees literally anytime they need to charge you for anything. Our cleaning fee was added on at the end of our RV trip and so outdoorsy also charge an extra 20% on that on top of the regular rental service fee and taxes. Mind you we had zero damage and the cleaning was totally a standard charge but because it was a separate charge outdoorsy thinks they get so automatically add on %20. Customer service was useless and rude. I would totally rent again from our host Bill but be very careful you don’t have any extra ways outdoorsy and squeeze you for %20 here or there.

Bill was super helpful and supportive. The RV is in a great condition, drives well and is spacious. I would recommend renting from Bill to anyone who is in the market to rent a RV.

From the beginning, Bill responded to every message promptly and graciously let my family and I go and see the RV before we rented it. It was super clean, very organized and he had everything we could think of needing! He also has a binder with very clear instructions with the hook-up and un-hook process and is a text away if any issues arise. I 1,000% recommend renting with him!

Bill's RV was beautiful, I have no complaints about the RV. I am giving this rental an overall rating of one star because of Bill's unprofessional and rude tone conveyed in his response in a message to me. My family did have an issue with the RV, which turned out to be our fault, and we were more than happy to pay for it. However, in my option Bill did not handle this very well. Treatment of people/customer service is #1 in my book. Again, for this reason I give this rental a one star rating. Below is the message exchange between Bill and myself.Hi Bill,I cleaned the RV, top to bottom, mopped the floor, I did spray the outside down, including the bugs off the front, but with it being towed, they may end up back on there. Also since we couldn't start it, I was not able to fill the gas tank. We were able to dump the black and gray water as our friends did have a set up on their property. Everything was wonderful, of course except for when the RV wouldn't start. When I was cleaning some of the towels got bleach on them, if you need to replace them I understand. Clean linen is still in the Costco bag, dirty linen in the brown paper bags, and the towels are in a black garbage bag. All because the cousin must of dropped the fuse.May 13, 2020, 4:16 PMI certainly understand charging us for the diagnosis and repair and gas, but I don't understand why you are charging me the cleaning fee of $100, I was very detailed with the cleaning; I got on my hands and knees to mop/clean the floor, in additional to thoroughly cleaning the rest of the RV, unless you are charging me for the towels. I apologize it turned out this way, this was our 1st time renting an RV like this. Rick and I both missed a day of work as well so I understand the frustration of that as well, especially in times like this. I was both surprised and disappointed by the tone of your last message, it come across unprofessional and rude, from my perspective. When you have a rental of any kind I can only assume you may expect that things can happen now and then, no matter how strange, which is why I am sure you have the deposit. I would please like an itemized receipt for what you will be charging me for above the actual rental price. You have a beautiful RV and we very much enjoyed our stay in it. This RV was exactly as described in the listing. Unlike many of the other RVs listed, Bill doesn’t charge for basic necessities like sheets and towels, which is a bonus.This was my first RV experience and it was a lot easier than I expected. Bill was very thorough during the handoff and was quickly available if questions arose.The RV was VERY comfortable and perfect for our family of 5.

Our first RV trip with the family and William was very helpful with instructions to his very easy to use RV. Super clean, comfortable bed and plenty of entertainment for the kids. Fully stocked kitchen made gourmet breakfasts and coffee a breeze. This RV is easy to drive with cameras. Great value!

Our family had a fabulous time on our camping trip. The coach was extremely clean and the layout was perfect for a family of four. Bill was very responsive with all communication and just generally fantastic to work with. We will certainly rent from him in the future.
