Camper was more than trip-ready. Perfect for the customer who doesn't want to make all the small investments in camping gear. Pleasant people. The quality of build that is coming out of the Elkhart Camper Mafia group is clearly slipping. Ryan has really done all he can to mitigate the multitude of issues that seem endemic to new trailers these days, and it was appreciated. We worked together to fix a few pop-up issues that he shouldn't have had to deal with as the owner of a "new" camper. My kudos to him for his patience and perseverance.

Great upgraded bed! Exceptionally well stocked and clean camper. Well worth this rental!
