So…we were having this WONDERFUL camping vacation in a WONDERFUL camper. Rented from a WONDERFUL host. And then…BAM, the camper broke down. Rear axel snapped and the wheel broke apart from the camper on a highway, out in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately some Utah DOT folks were behind us when the camper fell apart. They helped us get safely to a small town with a service center. My family of 5 sat in this desert town in 100-degree heat for over THREE HOURS waiting on Outdoorsy to help (after they assured us help would arrive in about an hour). There were 3-4 folks from Outdoorsy calling at different times. No coordination of information or service. Each providing vague information and no help. Our host seemed to be equally frustrated with the support HE received from Outdoorsy. He did share with us that Outdoorsy told him we “just left his camper” and went on our way. Thankfully we communicated directly with him so he knew otherwise. There are too many detailed failures on Outdoorsy’s part to detail in one review: No guidance abt what to do with the broken camper, no process shared with us for storing the camper, no answers abt how to coordinate with the host, etc. The best part is tht I keep receiving emails to rate my experience. Yet Outdoorsy never even checked on us to see if we were OK or if we made it safely to shelter tht night. Radio silence…except for requests to rate their service. So…here it is. Outdoorsy’s idea is on-point: Camping rental service tht allows families to vacation in the great outdoors without owning their own camper. Their customer support and service, on the other hand, require work. Our emergency was handled with inefficiency, a lack of compassion, and utter chaos on their end. If you’re a host, BEWARE. They just expected us to leave the camper at the truck stop we pulled in to and drive away. And they told the host we did just that!! WE coordinated with the host. WE updated him on the repair status and location. WE made sure the camper was safe and secure before leaving. Outdoorsy didn’t really seem to worry abt tht. If you’re a potential renter, BEWARE. Outdoorsy was obviously unprepared and unorganized to process a situation like this. If you’re an Outdoorsy rep, I want to let you know we are all fine. We found shelter tht night and stayed in some wonderful hotels to wrap up the rest of our vacation. Next time someone has an emergency, though, follow up to make sure they’re well. Don’t just ask us to rate your service after you abandoned us in the desert with a broken camper. And don’t tell the host someone just left the camper behind and went on their merry way when they didn’t. Learn from this horrendous mistake. Do better. And, if you’re the Outdoorsy manager we spoke with — the one who agreed with us tht your team mismanaged this whole situation — do something abt tht. And you may want to consider following up too. Consider some customer service courses. You owe your team tht much.

Rv has all the amenities needed for any trip. Chris is quick to respond to any questions that come up before and during rental. Made pick up and drop off easy and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

We had an amazing time with this trailer for our trip. It fit the five of us with ease and room to spare. My truck was able to pull it with ease up and down all the hills through out the whole trip. Highly recommend!

This was the first time we have ever rented a trailer. Chris was great . He made the whole experience so easy he was on time and worked with us on drop off and pick up time. Will most definitely rent it again from him.
