This was a terrible experience. The rv was not at all as pictured. Worn and filthy. Generator and refrigerator problems. Owner noted damage to entry step when we rented and is now trying to collect on our damage deposit to repair. Hoping outdoorsy makes it right. BEWARE.

Renter did not indicate any issues or complaints at pickup, then after return demanded a full refund claiming generator not working & Fridge not going on propane (Within a hr of return I confirmed both worked fine with video proof provided to outdoorsy, brand new 2 week old $2500 generator) then renter claimed that the step was already damaged yet neglected to mention they took vehicle roughly 30 miles off road on dirt road & ran over rocks of some sort completely mangling entry step yet claims that damage was there before when check out photos clearly show it was not.

We had a great trip. We drove up to Sedona, Antalope Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. Dana was great to work with, very responsive and accommodating. Everything worked great, AC and heat were perfect. The inside is a little more worn than expected but nothing major. Would definitely rent again.

Travelled to Grand Canyon from Phoenix. RV ran well. Dana was amazing to work with!

A great experience. A few small hiccups with the RV but nothing we couldn't work through. Would recommend this rental.

Dana was great and easy to work with. He was very responsive when we needed help figuring out how to use things. We had one malfunction with the awning which malfunctioned, and he was very responsive and helpful.

dana was easy to work with, great communication. rv was fully stocked, comfortably fit 2 adults, 2 kids, and two pack and plays for 2 toddlers.
