Steve is an amazing host/owner to work with start to finish. I felt very prepared and confident with the videos and instruction he provided.

In response to a few facts in this review. The renter was new to a Class A Motor Home, and I did prepare him so he could enjoy his family vacation. The Coppard's are not latched, they lift upwards. There are no dexterity concerns in using the cupboards / drawers / cabinets. The ants that were mentioned were a once in a blue moon siting. We live in Washington and the RV is used for camping. It is kept stem to stern clean. The renter returned the RV with more ants than usual, and it was fumigated, cleaned and treated. Yes, bug spray as well as other cleaning products are supplied by me as a curtesy to maintain the RV while out on a trip. Renter was explained how to travel and pack cupboards for travel due to the shift while driving. Not properly packing the cupboards and driving the Motor Home like a car is a common mistake until you learn. A coffee cup does not just jump out of a cupboard and break during a slow turn (there is a 2-inch bottom lip in the cupboard). The secondary black tank handle is a design issue of the coach. It is there because the blank holding tank is on the opposite side of the unit and has to cross over via a pipe during dumping. If the RV was to bottom out and break the crossover pipe during operation it would dump sewerage over the roadway. You do not have to get under the unit, it is easily reachable as I showed the renter. The RV is fairly unused, and the cushion is not in the slightest degraded. It is the spot most sat on, so it is broken in. The AC snow referred to is a momentary small particle insulation when the AC fan initially kicks on. It was a warranty complaint I had with the new couch and a manufacturing issue. I had the duct work professionally cleaned out. A moment planning around mealtime is all that is needed. The unit has been rented 5-6 times since this review with none of the same problems for them. RV / Camping takes a little work and planning and can be a great experience with the appropriate expectations.
