The process with Leigh went perfect. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to, and one question during our stay. She was awesome to deal with. Derek was very good about setting up the camper in a less than perfect situation and was very accommodating. Everything was explained well, and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing to rent. We would definitely rent from them again.

The camper was very clean and a nice size, but that is the best I can say about our experience and it’s no frills overall. We followed the owners’s instructions perfectly, but during our rental period a bolt snapped and the awning collapsed. It was lightly raining, no wind. And the owner setup the awning before they left! We immediately contacted them and they told us to do our best to close the awning, which we did. The rest of the week we had no awning and to make matters worse, the freezer would not freeze any of our food. Here is where it gets really disappointing…instead of getting their camper’s warranty to replace the broken part, they blamed us and held our security deposit! I guess it was easier for them to hold us responsible instead of their dealer, even though we had nothing to do with it. It makes no sense at all that just because we happen to be the ones inside the camper when this happened, they felt we should have to pay for the repair. Avoid this camper and save yourself a lot of headache.
