We had spoke with kyle several times prior to the trip, and had agreed on a delivery price and pickup. We talked about the ac and the fridge size. We did a cash outside of outdoorsy since he was local approx 20-30 minutes away. We hadn’t inspected the trailer together prior to his leaving the camp ground, but he said he just turned on the fridge and it will take a couple hours cool. We stepped inside shortly after unloading our items and to our astonishment the amount of damage this trailer has seen. We provided our own bedding as we should along with pots and pans. After a few hours we noticed the fridge was at 75 degrees and this never changed. We text back and forth on a solution, which we tried to no avail for several days. He had responded later about fridge issues in the past , but all was well. We lost all of our food we brought, aside from a couple steaks our friends could fit in to their fridge. He had the opportunity to try his own method of making it work by coming out, but this didn’t happen. This trip should be prorated for the one shower taken, a joke of an ac unit, and the 4 nights sleeping with one available screen window to use since the others were missing and or ripped. Also, just got the email for another $500 security charge from PayPal although it was taken out of my account April 8th for the same $500 charge.

Trailer was very clean and ready for us to just hook up and go. It was just the right size for my wife and I. Kyle was awesome to deal with. He made it very convenient for us to pickup and drop off the trailer!

Kyle was super patient and helpful and answered all the question we had. Since it was our first RV experience, Kyle walked us through every detail and made sure we had his help when needed. Really happy with the experience :)
