About Sean's RV rentals
I am a record producer based in Nashville, TN. Aside from making music, my second biggest passion is living a life of amazing experiences and providing others with an opportunity to do the same. My wife and I began taking RV trips as a unique way to visit remote locations and we fell in love with the experience. So we decided to make our RV available to help others create their own timeless memories!

One of the best RV rental experiences we’ve ever had. A/C was cold. Super spacious. The backup generator was a nice touch too for peace of mind. Sean was really great to work with too. He was so kind and helpful even after we got to the festival and had questions. Can’t recommend him and this RV enough.

Sean was incredibly responsive and so accommodating. Very understanding on the one issue that happened outside of my control. Plan on renting another one from him next year. Highly recommend his rentals!

Smooth pick up and return and an overall good trip and positive experience. RV had most everything we needed. We do wish that the tv in the loft had been useable- and that it swiveled out- since it is the only tv in the RV. We did not realize that there were no other TVs in the bunks etc. With 6 people including 2 teens and 2 elementary children- a tv would have been nice at a few points. Would rent from Sean again as an owner- but personally for us we need more space in the rig itself.

The great part of our experience was all the help the host, Sean, offered us. We had no RV experience and Sean was very helpful in reaching out to help us troubleshoot issues. Even late at night when we were trying to figure things out Sean was available to give us a call. That definitely put us more at ease as first time RVers. We did have a few issues but Sean was able to help us out and rectify them in the end. In terms of driving the RV it was also pretty easy to get used.

It is always our goal to provide travelers with an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, Chris had some issues empty the tank on the first couple days of the trip. He said the smell went away after they did empty the tank. As he stated, the smell returned later, but we were not made aware of this until they were returning the rv. Had we known that the issue was not fixed, we would have gladly gone to the campsite and sanitized the tanks for them or hired a mobile tech to resolve the issue immediately. We have not had an issue like this in the past. We have the tanks routinely sanitized and also provide septic treatment capsules which our renters can use during their trip. When the rv was returned, we had the tanks flushed and sanitized. There has not been an issue with them since then. We are terribly sorry that this issue occurred and compensated Chris for the trouble. In the rare cases that our renters have a challenge, we are always standing by to do what we can to help or get them assistance on site if needed.

Nice clean comfortable RV, good for our family of 3. We rented it on a cold weekend in Tennessee - 29 degrees at night… and it had no heat- a very cold and uncomfortable night. They delivered space heaters so we were comfortable the rest of the trip. Good communication but, no heat for one night was rough. Very good mattress - firm and no sag.

The heater was not, and has never been, disconnected from the unit. After speaking with the renter, he shared that he misunderstood the suggestion that we make to keep an eye on the propane consumption in effort to help our renters save money on re-feuling. The heater did, unfortunately, break down during the renters trip. After we learned that an outdoorsy mechanic was not immediately available to repair it, we purchased space heaters and personally delivered them to the campsite. We are dedicated to giving our renters an incredible experience. We will always act swiftly to resolve any unfortunate issue that may occur. The heat unit was immediately replaced after the rv was returned and there are no issues with the heat or air system in the unit.
