We had a wonderful time with Lucy! Bob ensured we were setup for success. We had a few questions along the way and Bob was very helpful. Our family had plenty of room for two teenagers and we made memories that will last a lifetime!

It was my first time renting an RV. We did not have any problems at all. Mr. Bob was easy to deal with. If you had any questions about the RV he always answers the phone. It was a great trip.

Lucy was great. No problems. Lucy has a pseudo famous papa. Bob was knowledgeable and checked on us. I Would rent an iceberg from Bob if he had one cause I know he wouldn’t let it melt. I will be renting from him again either Lucy or Amy

Mr. Bob was great at communicating and we had no issues whatsoever. Great RV, you can tell that the owners takes pride in the ownership.

Bob and Mary are amazing to deal with. We had a couple of issues on the trip and Bob was always available, and made sure our safety was always the most important. I would use them again.

We had a great experience with Bob. Sometimes you don't know what kind of person you are dealing with until there is a problem. We had an intermittent problem with the furnace. I contacted Bob and he offered to drive 3.5 hours to bring us an electric heater. We declined. He the offered to reimburse us if we wanted to go get a electric heater. We declined. He then offered to hire a mobile repairman to come out the next day and try to correct the problem. Bob went above and beyond to make things right. We had a great weekend of camping and it was refreshing to get old fashion customer service that cares about the customer and not just the bottom line. Give Bob a try. If something doesn't go as planned he will do whatever he can to make it right.

This was our first rental. Bob was extremely responsive to our questions before we picked up the RV and while we were on the road. He was very thorough in explaining the RV features and system operations. We also did a short test drive and he offered helpful pointers on driving a Class A. Great experience and highly recommended.

We had a good time traveling in “Molly”. Any problem that we had, a call to Bob solved it.
The main problem was one of the slides wouldn’t go out and that lasted for 2 days. Other than that it was a good trip. Bob was very helpful!

We had a great trip in "Molly" and Bob was extremely helpful. We had a small issue with the plumbing, but Bob responded quickly with advise and even called back later to check in on us to make sure all was OK. Exceptional service and great overall experience.
