⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐A Dream Adventure with Papi Van Winkle!Renting Papi Van Winkle from Sarah was an absolute delight! From the moment we picked up the van, we knew we were in for a treat. Sarah was incredibly helpful, explaining all the features and giving us some great recommendations for our journey.Papi Van Winkle itself was surprisingly nice to drive, with smooth handling and all the comforts needed for clamping :) . The kitchenette was complete with dishes, silverware, and even an induction cooktop pan. We cooked our meals outside the van surrounded by nature and it was a unique and enjoyable experience.We ventured off and found Papi Van Winkle to be quite capable. The fresh water capacity allowed us to camp without a hitch.The flexible cancellation policy gave us peace of mind, but we didn't need to worry as everything went smoothly.Sleeping in Papi Van Winkle was comfortable, and the inside shower was a convenient luxury after an evening of hiking. We appreciated the attention to detail, like the outdoor rug which added to our camping experience.Returning Papi Van Winkle was as easy as picking it up, and we were sad to say goodbye. We camped by the river in Harpers Ferry and Our camping trip was filled with unforgettable memories, and we can't wait to do it again.Thank you, Sarah, for providing such an outstanding service and a top-notch camper van. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore the great outdoors in style and comfort!Pros:Well-equipped and clean

My husband and I have been wanting to go on an RV trip for years and spending 5 nights with Papi didn’t disappoint. We went with our dog and had a great time.Being first timers, it took us a day to learn how to “do it right” and understand all the steps we needed to take to make everything go smoothly. Written instructions were not the best especially for first timers like us, but Sarah was always a txt away. We’re adventurous and pretty easy going so this didn’t deter us much at all.We will definitely do this again - hopefully with Papi!

We enjoyed trying out van life for the first time. The engine ran great and the cabin was comfortable for two people and a large dog for one week. We are used to sleeping in a king size bed. We slept blissfully. My husband is 6' tall and he was very comfortable. The kitchen came well stocked. Just bring some food, water, adventures and dreams. Sarah was responsive and accommodated our late arrival. The van was clean upon arrival. Thank you Sarah for allowing us that experience!

Such a great experience overall with the rental, pick-up, use, and turnover of the van. We spent 4 night in Papi and enjoyed it very much. From campsites to boon docking, it's a must on a trip if you are in the market for a camper van trip! During our trip we were actually driving and ended up staying in a Cracker Barrel parking lot due to a tropical storm with high winds and rain, couldn't have felt more safe and cozy.
