The RV was not what we expected. It wasn't clean, could not get the AC to work or the generator to start. Draws came off the guides and the overall condition of the RV wasn't good. We cancelled the rental and rented a car instead. WE WANT TO BE 100% REIMBURSED FOR THE RENTAL BECAUSE IT WAS RETURNED TO OWNED AND NEVER USED. Thank You Dan Althof

Me and my husband had a wonderful weekend using the RV. Cheryti was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive before, during & the end of our trip. Unfortunately, at the end of the trip the RV wouldn’t start after we stopped for gas on our way back to drop the RV off & had to get it towed back. Cheryti was very supportive, responsive and apologetic during the whole process of us figuring out the roadside assistance process. Would definitely rent from her again!

We enjoyed our rental and our vacation. After another owner cancelled our RV one day before we were set to take off for a two week family vacation, we got very lucky to find Cheryti's RV available for the entire two weeks. Cheryti was very responsive and was easy to communicate with. We knew before renting that the generator did not work and the only time that impacted our trip was on the very hot days driving it in Texas. But, we made it work and we were prepared for that. We drove over 2,500 miles over two weeks to 8 national parks, and the RV performed well (lots of mountain driving). I would recommend this RV for a family vacation or couples. It was a good value. Thank you Cheryti for renting to our family for our epic vacation!

Everything in the trailer is as it is described. The only item I would add is there is not enough storage for a family of four.

It was Fun, We drove 4000 miles. Dallas,TX to Niagara Falls. NY, Atlantic City, NJ its really a fun Size RV easy to drive and park.

Fantastic RV and GREAT service from Cheryti. Unit was very clean and performed extremely well. We had a great time out by Fort Davis State Park, McDonald Observatory, and finished in Big Bend. Thank you so much!!

Cheryti made the process super easy and is great to work with. The RV was easy to drive and setup/breakdown. We had plenty of room in the beds and even though the temperature outside dropped to the low 30s we stayed warm inside. I will be renting again for our next trip, great experience! Thank you, Cheryti!

Cheryti was very nice, she was accommodating and friendly. The RV itself had some issues. The hot water wasn't working and the hot water line needed to be flushed, due to a faint odor. The beds were really firm, we expressed to Cheryti she should consider getting a mattress pad or an egg crate for the beds; she said she agreed and would buy some. Overall, there were minor issues but she was willing to listen and help.

I ordered a queen mattress topper for the RV at your recommendation =). As a note to future renters, if you are having difficulty with something in the RV, please don't hesitate to contact me on your trip. Like any car or home, components can stop working unexpectedly. But often times its a setting and its possible I can help resolve issues like a water valve over chat or the phone.

This RV was clean and a blast to use. Very easy to drive and had a nice backup camera installed.
