Check-In Procedure - Check-in time 2 pm. - Check-out time 11 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposits & Payments - At the time of booking, the first night's rate will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Deposits - Deposits are required at the time you make your reservation: - 1-day trips: 50% per person. - Overnight trips: $100 per person. - The balance is due one week prior to the day of the trip. - For Group Rates, one person needs to collect for the group and make payment. Children Policy - Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or guardian. - They must be over 6 years old, and weigh at least 50 lbs. - Children must be supervised at all times with the expectation of appropriate, non-disruptive behavior. Pet Policy - For your pet’s safety and happiness, please make arrangements to leave them at home or with someone who can provide for their welfare. - We do not have the facilities to safely accommodate pets while you are on the river. - Nor is it acceptable to leave your pet locked in your lodge room while you are out on the river all day. - A maximum of two pets per site is allowed. - All pets must be kept up to date on vaccines and copies of vaccine records must be available upon request. - If management determines that a pet is disruptive or aggressive, they have sole discretion to restrain or remove the pet from the property. - All pets must remain on leash at a site unless under strict voice control. - Pets must not be allowed to roam on other people’s sites. - All pets must be cleaned up after. Alcohol Policy - We do not allow alcohol to be consumed while on the water during any of our trips. Quiet Hours - Quiet and dark hours 10 pm to 8 am - Dogs must be on a leash or under strict voice control. - Respect your neighbor. - Between 10 pm and 8 am, occupants are expected to respect others by keeping quiet hours and dark skies. - Rowdiness, loud music (or audio), abusive/violent/intolerant language, or behavior that may disturb guests is not permitted. - The use of excessively bright outdoor LED lights is not permitted. - The use of generators is not permitted. Speed Limit - Speed limit 5 mph - Each site has a 6-person maximum occupancy. - Occupants must not walk on or pass through occupied sites. Wildlife - Respect our local wildlife and keep it wild—do not feed the wildlife. Solicitation - The solicitation or selling of goods is not permitted. Vehicle Policy - All RV’s must be fully self-contained. - Only one RVIA-certified recreational vehicle unit, which is to remain in moveable condition and in good repair at all times, is permitted per campsite. - Case-by-case exceptions may be granted by campground management. - The use of electric scooters, golf carts, one-wheels, etc. is permitted as long as all rules are being followed regarding safety. - Additional vehicles, boats, and cargo trailers are permitted as long as they fully fit into your reserved site. - The washing of rigs and vehicles is not permitted during your stay. - No major repairs are to occur onsite. Site Safety - Tents and freestanding canopies are not permitted. - All sites should remain clean, tidy, and orderly. - Always leave the campsite cleaner than you found it. Garbage Policy - Garbage accumulated during your stay should be disposed of properly in the designated garbage receptacles. - The disposal of hazardous waste or large household items is not permitted. - The dumping of black or gray water is never permitted outside of the sanitary connection. Campfire - Wood-burning fires are not permitted. - Guests are welcome to use propane fire pits unless there is a fire ban. - Propane BBQs are allowed. - Charcoal and briquettes are not allowed during the fire ban. Weapons - Firearms and other dangerous weapons are not permitted out on property and should remain locked up during your stay. Illegal Activities - Alcohol consumption and tobacco smoking are permitted with the understanding that you respect the space of others and practice common sense. - Extreme caution is required when smoking during fire season. - Do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground. - Possession and use of cannabis and cannabis products must follow Oregon state laws. Legal recreational use of consumption of cannabis is restricted to inside your RV. Visitors and Guests - Guests are allowed visitors with the understanding that they are responsible for the behavior and actions of their visitors. - The addition of a visitor should not cause the registered guest to exceed the maximum permitted occupancy of 6. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. Evacuation Plan - Disconnect from all utilities - In a timely manner, prepare your RV and any personal vehicles to exit the park. Campground Disclaimer - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. - This is a privately owned transient (not full-time) campground facility with a maximum stay of 14 days per calendar month. - Failure to comply with these rules, the destruction of campground property or the property of others, or misconduct may result in your being removed from the campground property without a refund.
