Jeff’s camper van is wonderful! The interior is beautifully finished, pristine, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of convenient storage. It’s so nice that you’re inspired to take excellent care of it. Jeff is a terrific host. He provides a helpful YouTube walkthrough and a binder with important details, and he spent plenty of time with us at pickup to explain everything. We took the van to Mendocino for Labor Day weekend, when temperatures dropped into the low 40s at night. The heater kept us warm in the very comfortable bed while our friends camping nearby bundled up in sleeping bags, hats, jackets, and gloves. We definitely appreciated the van! The solar panels kept the auxiliary power system charged; we never dropped below 75% (though we didn’t use the A/C, shower, or hot plate). The enormous gas tank was another pleasant surprise: after driving from the Bay Area to Mendocino and around the area all weekend, we didn’t need to refuel until we were nearly home. We’ve rented several camper vans through Outdoorsy, and this is our favorite so far. We’d absolutely rent Jeff’s van again!

Kendra’s Sprinter was absolutely perfect for our coastal road trip. From the start, Kendra and her partner were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and helpful, making sure we understood the rig and had everything we needed to hit the road with confidence. The van itself is so thoughtfully set up and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. We stayed at a mix of state park campgrounds along the Oregon and Northern California coast, and the Sprinter made every stop easy and enjoyable. And we have to mention the bed because we genuinely had some of the best sleep we’ve ever had while traveling! More than anything, the van allowed us to enjoy the road trip exactly the way we hoped: comfortable, easy, and with everything we needed right there with us. We had such a great experience that we’re already mapping out our next trip and would absolutely rent from Kendra again. 10/10 and highly recommend!

We had the best camping experience with this trailer! The hosts were quick with communication and answered all our questions. They delivered the trailer for us and we basically just showed up and left like a hotel. They did all the hard work for us which was super nice of them! The trailer was fully equipped with cooking utensils and pots/ pans, sheets , pillows, and blankets. The bathroom had towels and many supplies. The trailer was super clean and passed my clean standards with flying colors which is not easy to do. They left a helpful trailer binder about how to operate everything and expectations for check out. Everything worked well. We fit 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child perfectly for our dry camping weekend at Dillon's beach. We will definitely rent this trailer again or anything from this family. I highly recommend!
