Awesome experience! Camper just as pictured, very cozy and welcoming. Megan was great to work with. Bunk layout and bathroom near the larger bed worked perfect for our family with 2 young kids.

Great hosts, very helpful and responsive. Easy to pick up/drop off and communicate. Really the only downside was the van itself - has a feature that automatically breaks in windy conditions which we unfortunately found ourself in out in WY so made for several
Hours of not the most enjoyable driving, but nothing hosts can do! Only other thing to note is the bed in the back was not long enough for myself (6’1”) or wife (5’8”) to fully stretch out so just good to know. Otherwise road pretty well on highways and kids loved having the bed to lounge/sleep in while

Our host was very accommodating with communication and ease of pickup.
We did pickup without host contact and therefore very little instruction to use amenities provided within the campervan.
We did not use the provided water. We did not extend the awning.
We did learn on our own how to use the electric power source provided and charged our devices. We were not using campsites with power so we did not use the AC which needs direct plugin.
We only slept two people in the van. I slept on the fold down cushions and sleeping at an angle barely fit my 5'6" frame. The upper bed I thought could sleep one 5'4" adult and teen, but it would have been uncomfortable for two.
We did have minor exterior damage which we are working on a claim to take responsibility in repairs.
Overall this is our first Outdoorsy experience and we appreciate the opportunity to use the vehicle from this host.
