The 22-acre lake is a fun place to fish, swim, and go boating, and there are picnic tables and pavilions to provide some cover and seating for your enjoyment.

They offer 86 large pull-through RV sites with water, electricity, sewer, and even WiFi. In addition to the campground, you can find a beautiful lake, playgrounds for the kids, a game room, general store, a recreation room, restrooms, laundry facilities, and several hiking trails so you can get out and explore.

Exploring the City

Just because the city is named after a college does not mean that’s all there is to do in town. In fact, there are quite a few fun, educational, and recreational things to do here and in the surrounding area. Besides the sports games and many parks in the town, you will also find an arboretum, several museums, plenty of food and dining choices, and other popular attractions.

Ray, Chris and Justin were amazing to work with. Any questions or issues we had were promptly corrected and resolved beyond our expectations. The RV was clean. We had no issues driving it to Myrtle Beach, SC and back. Six of us slept and lodged comfortably for eight nights. It was stocked with anything we would potentially need. I highly recommend working with the Dunklebarger’s and renting this RV for your next trip.

I recently retired and wanted to explore RV travel. I rented Rian’s RV for six weeks and traveled through 17 states (Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and West Virginia). I saw 6 National Parks, 7 State Parks, one County Park, 3 Military RV Parks, and 4 KOAs, covering 7350 miles. This RV was perfect for me as a first-time RV traveler. It’s small and lightweight so I can tow it with my car (Lexus NX 350h). Set up and break down was quick and easy, and I was able to manage the rig by myself with no problems. The best part is I was able to get it into some of those campsites that are difficult to navigate with a larger rig, and because there is no sewer requirement, I can reserve a campsite with electric and water only and save on campsite fees.
