Only experienced hikers should attempt the Falls Trail due to its steep ascents and wet conditions. Camping at Ricketts Glen State Park

The Ricketts Glen State Park campground is more modern than some, offering 120 sites for tent and RV campers as well as standard amenities. Hot showers and flush toilets are available within walking distance of each campsite. Many of the gravel campsites are shaded. Your pets are welcome at the campgrounds for an additional fee. A sanitary dump station is also available near the campground entrance.

RV camping at Worlds End State Park is allowed, so stay for a night before heading back to Ricketts Glen State Park.
Head about an hour east to Scranton to visit the Electric City Aquarium and Reptile Den, where you can learn about animals from the sea and land. Conservation is the goal of the aquarium, which hosts many educational programs for children and adults. You can view numerous fish species as well as reptiles at the aquarium and reptile den, making it a great place to spend a few hours or the entire day.
