Pickup went very smoothly. Greg and Sarah were thorough during the walkthrough, pointing out everything I needed to know and answering all of my questions. The trailer was fantastic and helped us to have such a fun trip. Traveled from Rio Rancho to Logan NM without a single issue. Everything worked flawlessly, and thanks to the air conditioner, we were able to sleep at night during 90+ degree weather. Great camper and great hosts, cannot wait to rent from them again. We rented this trailer from Sarah and Greg for a short weekend trip with the grandkids. Sarah was great in replying to my questions concerning the features of the trailer. When we picked it up Greg was there and when over all the operations of the trailer. The trailer was well equipped including power jacks and hitch - this allowed us a quick setup and teardown. The unit was fully supplied with all the essentials needed for our trip. Our only issue was that the battery supplied with the unit (only two months old) would not fully charge after setup. We believe that it may have had a bad cell. However, we were able to work around the issue by running our generator for longer periods of time. Overall, it was a great trailer with very supportive owners. The battery issue was only a minor inconvenience for us and Sarah indicated they would look into it. We would rent it again. John
