4.5We rented an RV from Escape for our stay at Disney, and overall we had a great experience. The RV was spotless when we arrived, and they even stocked it with thoughtful essentials like dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper — things I honestly didn’t expect to be included but really appreciated. A few weeks before our trip, the company let us know they had to switch our reserved RV for another one due to changes in their fleet. I’ll admit, I wasn’t thrilled about the change at first, but they handled it professionally and made sure we still had everything we needed. Customer service was very kind, quick to respond, and easy to reach. In the end, the RV was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our Disney vacation. I’d definitely rent from them again.

5Water in the shower kelp running on the floor had to put are towels down on the floor to stop the water coming out of the shower gfi was off in the bathroom so I had to put it on to get the coffee maker to work I knew what it was I was a electrician so I fix it I think the camper wasn’t level that why the water in the shower was going on the floor other then that we hat a good time in the trailer

3Everyone was super helpful and the customer service was great. The only reason I gave it three stars was because we had two sewage backups into the shower which put a dampen on the trip
