Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, Plenty of storage on each side of the bed and underneath the bed, and the other has bunks with a fold-out couch that turns into a bed! Comes equipped with a Furnace and an Air Conditioner, The kitchen has a nice size sink, plenty of cabinet space and countertops, Microwave, 3 Burner Stove top, Oven, Nice big fridge with separate freezer on top, Large Pantry, Living room has large storage underneath, Dining Room large storage space underneath as well, Beautiful Fireplace, Blue Ray Stereo, Good Size bathroom with shower and tub, Awning with lights, outdoor Grill, one 5 Gallon Propane Tank Electric Stabilizers, Outdoor Shower, and some exterior Storage!

PLUS THE COST OF REPAIRS.
There be a $75.00 charge for every hour, that we have to wait and $100.00 after 7:00pm, for a customer to arrive, if it is more than two hrs, there will be a PENALTY OF $250.00 plus the cost of each hour. Your time is very valuable to me, I hope you see my time as well. There is a minimum of 48hrs, to made any changes.

Juan Carlos was a wonderful host! Very detailed, quick to respond, friendly and informative. The RV was immaculate and he was punctual on the delivery. He had everything set up for us when we arrived and explained how to operate everything. We had an amazing time and we will definitely rent from him again in the future.

This was first time renting a RV. Juan made everything easy for my family to enjoy our camping trip. Juan was an excellent host. Provided all the information I needed before and during the trip. The RV had every time we needed to enjoy our camping trip. If you had any questions about the RV, Juan would respond back asap. I would definitely refer Juan to anyone that is interested in renting a RV.

My family and I rented an RV for the Oceano Sand Dunes. Juan met us at our campsite and set everything up for us. When our stay ended Juan met us back at our campsite and picked up the RV. Juan even went out of his way to help another family member with their RV that was rented from someone else. He definitely went above and beyond to help. Everything was nice and clean and came with lots of amenities. Communication was easy! Will definitely rent an RV from Juan again in the future!
