Beware: Quoted price is far from actual paid. Better off going with more reputable groups, even if at a higher quoted price.
I am a firm believer that in any business transaction, the beginning is equally important to how the deal is closed. I had a wonderful time on my trip, but the way Juan ended it left a sour taste in my mouth, actually in a very foul mood. Of course, he was very quick to respond to inquiries before the rental commitment, but when the deal is closing? Nothing. No response, at all. Just a quick "Here is a charge for this," and no response.

It's very sad to think that there really are people like this one, she knows that she received quality service but because she is SELFISH, MANIPULATING, SELF CENTERED LIAR, she can't see the truth, and thinks that the world revolves around her. At the time of booking the RV she left out a few fees and when I mentioned them to her she ask fir so many discounts it was unbelievable,!! On that moment when she noticed that I was NOT going to give in she started acting completely MANIPULATIVE DIMANDING asking for the discounts and when she didn't get her way this review come in ( I believe this is her way if life, MANIPULATING and DEMANDING. A TYPICAL CASE OF KAREN)

Amazing experience! Juan delivered it right to my house and gave me options on where he could park it. He made sure it was level and showed us all the amenities! My friends stayed in it and said it was awesome. Would definitely rent from him and his wife again!! Also side note we were moving in a bed frame into my house when he showed up and he not only waited till we were done but jumped in to help!

Are camping trip was great and great memories were made. The campers were stocked clean and extra bonuses. I highly recommend Juan, any questions, problems he is there to answer or come out.

First time camping and Juan Carlos and his wife and son were the best. When we arrived the RV was all set up and hooked up. They gave us a quick tour of how it all worked. They even had an outdoor griddle that was perfect for cooking. Beds were comfortable and the RV was so neat and clean. The Communication was EXCELLENT! Juan was even able to help us out when my moms Trailer was canceled last minute by someone else. We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Juan and his family.

We had an amazing trip that was made much more comfortable by the attention to detail from our host, Juan. For first-time RV renters, Juan was extremely helpful in explaining how to operate all of the essentials and was extremely responsive when we had questions. We can't wait for our next RV trip and will definitely be booking with Juan again!

Another Awesome experience. We have used Carlos the last 2 times we have used trailers. His trailers are clean & extremely well stocked. He is super quick to answer a message. If you are in the need of a trailer I strongly recommend using one of his trailers you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Carlos for a wonderful experience.
