Everything went great! John shared some instructional videos in advance so we could get an idea how things worked. The van is in excellent condition, no issues. Beds are comfortable, all the systems were in good order, plenty of storage space, driving was easy, pickup and drop-off were straightforward. We enjoyed our first van camping experience, thank you John!

Dani was a great host and responded to clarify any questions. The RV has 2 comfortable beds (one fixed in back and a couch that folds down), also a loft over the front cab section. There is a full set of cooking gear and utensils, the fridge worked well and the whole unit was well set up for off grid camping with a solar panel and a house battery. Heater and hot water worked great, AC worked when generator is running. Lots of gear, including a table and camp chairs, and 4 bike racks on the back. One caveat is to be clear about cleaning fees, these are paid separately from the rental... I confirmed these in advance and chose to pay rather than taking time to do a deep clean inside and out. One HUGE positive is that I could drive up, unload my van into the RV and leave my van there in secure parking! This makes the pick-up and drop-off much easier!!! We'll be renting again!
